Both 1/8" thick PVC and .060 Styrene are great options for interior sign panels, window signs, frame inserts and lightweight sign advertising options. Thin materials such as these are not recommend for long-term outdoor use.

Styrene or High Impact Polystyrene Sheets (HIPS) are produced from high grade extrusion type monomers. The sheets have good toughness and environmental stress crack properties and are a rigid material that resists dents and cracking.
